Satir Transformational Therapy: By focusing on three primary areas—the Intrapsychic System, the Interactive System, and the Family of Origin System—we examine your experiences and relationships, develop goals, and work toward change. 

Rogerian: We adopt the approach that to become our “best self” three key concepts are important: empathy (from another person or counsellor); congruence (from a genuine person/counsellor) and unconditional positive regard (from a non-judgmental person/counsellor).

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Numerous research studies suggest that CBT leads to significant improvement in functioning and quality of life when applied to mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.

Person Centered: We don’t employ a one-size-fits-all approach to counselling. Instead, we seek to understand and identify how your personality, past and other life circumstances may be contributing to your issues.

Solution and Compassion Focused: We’re here to listen with empathy and kindness. In order to heal, however, it’s critical that we set realistic goals for your recovery and for your future.
